 TOMORROW IS A HEARING IN MUMBAI HIGH COURT FOR PIL(CRIMINAL) ACCORDING TO ASHOKJI IN AISPA UPDATION.
VERY IMPORTANT CASE BCOZ THIS CASE IS FILED BY EOW AND ARRESTED TARAK SIR AND TAKEN WEBSITE UNDER EOW SO THIS CASE HEARING IS VERY IMPORTANT.

On 21st November there is no such Court Hearing its a Meeting in Mediation centre of Mediator Justice R.C. Lohati with legal counsel of Panelists and Company to discuss the process for starting payments…  :::: Assumption ::::
1. First Top Priority will be to take the access of Website from EOW Mumbai without which payment process is like next to impossible…
2. Once The website access is provided then Payments will be started.

Anticipatory Bail Application’s Disposed Date is 08/11/2011

After getting one more surprise I have checked Bombay High Court Website.
It shows Status is Disposed and Disposed Date is 08/November/2011. 
Along with COO Tarak Bajpai , 5 others got anticipatory bail (Agrim Zamanat) from Mumbai Highcourt…

Its very surprise, but still we didn’t got any news from SpeakAsiaOnline…

Supreme Court Petition hearing is postponed to 14th of November.

Friends,

We got one more update that Supreme court petition is postponed, before it was 8th November and now its postponed to 14th November. According to this source next hearing is 14th of November.

I understand that these are very testing times and it becomes very difficult to remain calm and patient.  To proceed further maintaining our Unity and dignity is very very important. Definitely SAOL is going start but there is no fixed date for it.  because it is in judical. We should happy that they till with us and fighting for us. Atleast they are trying to do something. Think once what about other company. SpeakAsia is also ready to pay if banks give permisssion. Time has come now to wait with patience and to hear good news. IT IS COMING SOON. Just few days left to regain the GLORY of being SPEAKASIAN. Please pray for Tarak Bajpayee, He is in bed rest and he had been transfer to some high facility hospital for ongoing surgery of heart.

SpeakAsia officials have confirmed regarding United SpeakAsia.They clarified that United SpeakAsia is not an Authenticated group.  They said there is only one option to Exit, that is possible in www.speakasiamarketing.com . No need to send any mails to United SpeakAsia. Those who applied for Exit option their record already stored in Company’s website. २८ अक्टूवर को EOW ने SPEAKASIA के विरुद्ध अपनी चार्जेशीत  दाखिल कर दी है. इसमे स्पेअकसिया  के विरुद्ध कोए विशेष चार्जे नही है.पता चला है कि जो चार्जे लगे है वो विशेष नहीं है उसके एवज में  पेनाल्टी  जमा करनी होगी. यह जानकारी श्री अशोक बहिर्वानी जी से खास बातचीत के दौरान हुई.

What is Charge Sheet ?

The concept of charge sheet is derived from criminal law.

A Charge sheet is a written statement of specific allegations addressed to tell the delinquent what he is supposed or alleged to have which is not acceptable as per the code of conduct. The object being to give the employee the exact idea of the misconduct committed by him so that he may submit his explanation in his defence.

A Chargesheet is a formal document of accusation prepared by a law-enforcement agency in India.

It is distinct from the First Information Report (FIR) (which is the core document that describes a crime that has been committed), usually refers to one or more FIRs, and charges an individual or organization for (some or all of) the crimes specified in those FIR(s).

Once the chargesheet has been submitted to a court of law, the court decides as to who among the accused has sufficient prima facie evidence against him to be put on trial. After the court pronounces its order on framing of charges, prosecution proceedings against the accused begin in the judicial system.
